When you loss someone its always hard but having the support from the staff at Marshall Funeral Home made the process a little easier. Christine and Matt, Thank you for helping me and my family in this difficult time.
terrible attitudes, no real interest in your needs, dont expect anything to happen outside normal weekdays for planning you will be treated like a bother to them
Loosing a loved one is bad enough, but dealing with the lack of skills by some members of the staff at Marshall's was insult to injury. Not worth the many $$$ my poor mother prepaid for the service.
While we conformed to their ways the lack of understanding towards one traditional ways and family customs was questions , judged and scorned.
We were were more of a bother to them. No sense our grief.
