RBC Royal Bank Customer Service Centre / Centre de Service à la Clientèle

I have NEVER had so many issues with a bank and I'd been with RBC for 30 years... and that should count for something. They do unauthorized hard hits on your credit bureau, tell falsehoods on your credit bureau and their "customer service" is SO unhelpful and just hides behind RBC's crooked policies. On top of all that, they do things like take away overdraft services even AFTER you've made payments to them for another service. NOT a positive experience. :(

poor service as they reject there own customers for credit despite holding substantial assets with them.
