Port Taxi

This company has the nerve to charge 65.00 from Crystal Beach to Fort Erie when I took a cab from my house in Fort Erie to Shaver in St.Catharines for 60.00. This charge is outrageous this is why people still drink and drive cause companies like this rip you off and don’t care!!!

Called for a taxi...

Called for a taxi today and they said it would be a 30 minute wait 45 minutes later finally shows up This is the second week in a row that it's been at least a 30 minute wait. The excuse has been our cabs are all out of town you are Port Taxi and people in town have to wait a half hour for a cab I understand people needing to go out of town but there should always be a cab available in town a 10 minute wait is OK.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Booked a van for a trip to Niagra Falls. Confirmed with a girl at the office of this company the morning of my pick up that we were still on. She says yes. We get to pickup time and the same girl tells me to wait and she will call and check why they didn't show up. A half hour goes by, I call back and am told by the same girl that they are not coming and have booked another group for our van. All this and they changed the price of the quote from what they originally told me too! TERRIBLE
