Comfort Inn Pickering

I called on Saturday night and a male guest agent was very rude. I came into the hotel later that night and both men behind the desk were very rude. I left the hotel without booking and I am very upset. Ruined my night when I had an emergency and needed to stay somewhere.I provided them everything they wanted. I drove in from Markham and left very disappointed because how bad their customer service was.

horrible hotel very poor supposed to be full breakfast half cooked sausage no room to eat shower handle kept falling off making it really hard to have a shower all in all not pleased at all and would not recommend this hotel to anyone
