They installed a pool for me less than a year ago. My pool light never worked from day 1. I had to chase the owner for 3 months and he wouldn't take ownership for it. He tried to put the blame on the Landscape Company, saying they must have crushed the conduit and wire with the retaining wall. So sorry you don't recall the facts surrounding your situation here Mr Mina. If you recall Pro Pool and Spa diagnosed the problem you experienced in the spring with your light. You'll recall that the lights were working fine when we closed it . I'm sure we wouldn't have been paid upon completioni of the pool if your lights weren't working. We're wondering why you're not viciously attacking Greenscape Landscapers like you are us everywhere after they neglected to install proper drainage in your yard as advised by Pro Pool and Spa to prevent the liner from floating and wrinkling each year which Pro Pool and Spa happily fixed for you at no cost ? Mr. Mina, we're so sorry that you cannot recall the facts surrounding this situation. Your pool light was verified in working order when we were done, as you surely would not have paid us in full had it not been.As you recall it was in fact Pro Pool & Spa that did the trouble-shooting on your light when it was determined the following season that it had stopped working. Pro Pool & Spa found a crushed 12 volt conduit wire that needed to be replaced and we advised that we would indeed repair this simple fix. However you made a decision to call in a landscaper "buddy" to have a look and subsequently hired an electrician ? You then expected our company to pay for this, all the while knowing we had every intention of repairing it. Sadly after we sought legal advice for unauthorized pool pics of ours posted on your landscaper "buddy's" website, now advertising that he installs pools, a bill for $800 suddenly appears for work that you clearly stated in a phone conversation and text message saying that your "buddy" wasn't going to charge you anything. Pro Pool & Spa prides itself on its work and customer service and our reputation speaks for itself. We wish you the best going forward.

They're amazing people to deal with and my pool is gorgeous !! Thanks so much Al for everything you and your crew did for us.
I've never had such a horrible experience than with this unprofessional, disrespectful and rude business owner that we hired to install our in-ground pool. He was very accommodating, that is, until he received our money in full. Within the first year of installation, and still during the warranty period, we experienced problems at our first opening, he refused to come evaluate the problem, even to determine if it was a warranty issue, without payment up front. To top it off, they demolished our lawn after we paid extra to take steps he recommended to avoid this, and after we were ensured this damage would not happen. I can't even explain the rude email responses I received after inquiring about our issue's. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Beware.
The owner's response to my email concerns:
"Obviously you have nothing better to do at work than email people about your 40,000 dollar investment. I have clients that pay triple that, and quite frankly I’m getting sick of hearing it, I know what you paid!!"
I recall this customer very well and, unfortunately, this was someone who, no matter what we did, there was no making them happy. You run across
people like this periodically and, although we did make several efforts to make this client happy, nothing was enough. They insisted on all kinds of FREE services for something that was relatively a minor issue. This customer was extremely verbally abusive on the phone and by email. Remember: there is always two sides to every story. :)

Pro Pool & Spa Pool Installation
Pro Pool & Spa did an amazing job installing our pool. They came highly recommended and I am so glad I met with Al before making any decisions. He is so knowledgeable and gave me crucial information that nobody else did. He recommended things for us that we weren't even aware we could do and it saved us money in the end. We would DEFINITELY use him again and highly recommend anyone interested in an inground pool call AL ! They are very professional and the price was in line or better than others we had been quoted.
