Peterborough This Week

As a carrier they certainly are difficult to deal with. Nobody to call if problems arise and most times don’t even get a response from email. For kids looking for jobs to build a resume. Steer away! Very unfair and not a fun experience for kids or adults or anyone. Look elsewhere.

Have not had a paper delivered in 18 months and we live on a county road right outside Millbrook. When i called I did get someone to answer the phone with a "We will look in to it and get back to you" response. Only time will tell as when I called a couple of years ago delivery did improve for a couple of months before fading out completely. I wander if there advertisers realize how spotty their delivery really is.

Your driver has not been delivering my paper for months she delivers to every house except ours what's going on

Your carrier seems to be too lazy to deliver on time especially after a few weeks of starting a route. Perhaps you should find a reliable replacement. In the meantime we did get it but still late.

I most often get my Peterborough this week late Friday evening The date on the paper is Thursday why does this keep happening?

The grocery flyers start on Thursday and I did my grocery shopping first thing Thursday morning after perusing the flyers. I find your delivery change very inconvenient.

It would be nice if someone would actually answer the phones at Peterborough This Week. I did not receive Wednesdays edition (Oct. 31st) of the paper. I have left two messages and have now called a third time with no answer. No one has had the courtesy to call me back. Very poor customer service. I want to know when I am going to get my paper!!!!!!

After several phone calls over the last few months we still cannot get delivery on Fridays and this week no wednesday. We are on fifes bay road, Selwyn. not sure what the problem with the driver is sonetime we get Wednesday but not Friday. Just phone Monday to complai and guess what NO wednesday paper.
