No one ever answers the phone. Snail service
They are DHL, Canpar & Loomis. They dont answer the phones ever. The organization of the depot is embarrassing. Even when you go there they dont know whats going on. Theres zero communications between the main office & Depot. Ive wasted allot of time to get my parcel from them. Not to mention the fee I was charged.
Impossible to get them to link up with the instructions on their own web-site. Impossible to get a phone number in order to correct their system problems. Useless.
Found a completely illegible delivery notice on my door today. Only thing readable is scrawled must sign in person. I have not ordered anything. Notice says will return in one day (no time provided). Tried # on note to get info and book time someone could actually be home (most people work during day). 20 mins on hold, only to be shunted eventually to a full mailbox. No Sat hours on web site. No means of contacting. Utterly useless. Pls never use Loomis to send anything to me.

3 terrible experiences with Loomis/DHL. Paid 40$ US extra each time for expess delivery, pre-signed signature release and paid COD ahead of time. Driver still did not leave package even after second attempts (and me talking to company after first attempt). Customer service could only say “sorry, nothing we can do. You’ll have to wait for next delivery attempt.”I was unable to give these packages as gifts because Loomis was late and complete refusal to refund my money I paid for express delivery.
I get packages delivered constantly, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. It has been almost 3 weeks and my package has just been sitting in their building.
Forget about on time delivery. Paid for monday...no show...promised tuesday....still nowhere to be seen....I guess I'll have to let you know...because i don't and am not sure they do.
Horrible service - I wouldn't order from any company that uses DHL or Loomis as a delivery service. Package was returned to sender twice ' without a reason' - costing me overseas shipping and handling charges 2-3 times. Today, it happened again! In the tracking delivery tool, it says 'recipient refused delivery' which I did not - I have been waiting patiently for it. Finally called and spend 30 minutes on the phone to track it down. Going to pick it up at local office tomorrow... brutal.
So far the service is horrible! I have left several messages to get my package as they just keep leaving attempt notices on my door when I’m here. Not sure why the driver doesn’t knock, however, I must have this package before the weekend and the Peterborough location will not return my desperate voicemails ! Extremely bad service!
I had a hard time getting a package, so phone directly to the warehouse and had a wonderful man on the phone that put me in contacted with the driver who brought my package straight away Thank You for your wonderful service
