Aweful buildings. There are constant problems, ranging from Elevators being out of service for long period of times, weekly fire alarms, constant water shut-offs. But the worst is the front office. Milka and the other lady are the rudest, most careless, unprofessional administration Staff we’ve ever experienced. Once you’ve signed your lease, you’ll experience this side of the company. Do NOT recommend this place at all.

Been living in this apartment for 8 years. There is mold everywhere. The first time they tried fixing it , they just painted over the mold. Second time they tried fixing it they scraped it then painted over it. It's still not fixed and won't fix it cause they blame it on apartment being damp. Also in winter 2013 one of the rooms had ceiling leaking and had to put bucket in room. They just covered it up instead of fixing it. Also the stove is not good, it needs to be replaced. It's been not working properly and not stable. Sometimes one of parts heats up to Max and doesn't give proper temperature I want it as. It's also not stable, it's crooked so can't cook food properly. It doesn't cook evenly on the pan.
