    Total wow factor when picking up vehicle. I’ve brought in both my vehicles (personal/commercial) and complete satisfaction with work done. Owner knows his products and is straight forward with costs. Support techs have given me professional results. I’m already looking forward to my future appointments.

    Uniglass Carling Ave Ottawa, did an excellent job replacing our windshield two weeks ago. They had it done within their estimated time. All paper work to our insurance company was done which is a relief in itself. They even washed the outside of our car. What a great surprise! Very professional and flexible for arrival time. Thank you. JAC, Ottawa.

    Horrible experience, had my car undercoated at this location, Holes were drilled and no oil was sprayed in any of them! There are 18 usless holes in my car! Spare tire was never lowered, plastic skid plates were never removed. (No oil on bottom of car now) And the owner had the balls to say that this was all "zeibart procedures"! Upon asking for a refund I was told I got what I payed for. My advice don't trust Carling or St Laurent Unless you like rusted cars and wasted money!

    Best rust proofing service in Ottawa!

    Excellent service, they explained the product, all the cost associated, everything make sense and I never felt that they were trying to charge me an extra only because I'm a woman.

    Extra charges for women

    After agreeing upon a price for undercoating, the owner of the business convinced my wife, who had dropped it our vehicle, that the undercoat would not stick unless she did a $35 wash of the vehicle...she reluctantly agreed as she felt she had no choice. When I pointed out this extra charge was above what we agreed upon, he refused to take the charge off the bill - I feel he took advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge and pressured her into the extra service and charge.

    Very bad customer...

    Very bad customer service.I got an appointment to install a car Bluetooth, I booked the appointment two weeks ahead. I took a day off to get it done, so i brought the car at 7am, then received a call at 10am, saying the part for the car isn't there yet. They should've told me a day before or when I dropped off the car. It was a waste of my time. Then when I went to pick up the car and complain, the employee asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, instead of doing something about it and finding a solution.What kind of service is that?!
