    The work took much longer than expected. This was also a much simpler job than most. The worst part is the customer service. I had a verbal agreement that they would replace the wood they used (I had extra from original construction) and it's been since May 2022 (8 months later) and they still have not honored the agreement. They keep passing me from one person to the next and nothing ever gets resolved. Also I've asked them several times to remove the lock box on my from door and it has been on
