I have been a mortgage broker with Ottawa-Carleton Mortgage for the last 28 years and have been working in Ottawa since 1985. I walked out of college into this financial career, and can honestly say that I still love what I do.     We just got our New House thanks to Dan, we are super happy with our house, this is our 3rd mortgage with Dan and we must say he always makes it happen, the process is very smooth and fast, we are VERY PLEASED with his services and his knowledge, he also gives the best advise. We were worry because of the timing a new construction takes, with usual the delays but Dan was always on top of things and our rate was locked. Thank you Dan, this was our early Christmas gift :)
