    Delicious food

    Went here for my birthday dinner with the family and I have to say it was an amazing meal! We all ordered different items off the menu and I think the staff thought we were crazy because we were trying each other's food, but I have everything was so tasty! The vegetarian main had many different elements to it and all were delicious, the mushroom tarte, steak frites and soup were great. Our waiter was very friendly and overall I would say the atmosphere is inviting. I consider this restaurant a little bit pricey, but perfect for a special occasion and worth the money.

    Tapas Night - not so great :(

    I had read many reviews of this restaurant which looked great so decided to try Tapas night for a friends birthday. We were both excited by the menu and what looked like wonderful and creative flavour combinations but overall it all feel short. The lobster salad tasted like lobster with onion and mayo, the beets had no real additional flavour, the seared scallops with carrot salsa, etc tasted like nothing more than a scallop and cost $11 for 2 medium sized scallops. The high point (and the only one) was the mushrooms on toast which was amazing - although they could have provided more than 1 piece of crustini for this dish. Tapas is supposed to be small so you can sample lots but the prices were a bit much (and I don't mind paying for good food) for this poorly executed food :( We were still hungry so left and got a great slice of cake from Thyme and Again. Service was great.
