Turned down our job. Said it was too big without even coming out to see what I want done. They do driveways but turned down a driveway job. Also, said we were outside of travel area when the web page clearly states we are well within their travel area. Very disappointed in their response

Truly rare. A fair competitive price. Started the work when they said they would. Always kept a very clean work site. Very polite and respectful work team. They listened carefully to want we wanted and gave it, plus made some excellent suggestions along the way. Workmanship was superb. Not hardly a day has gone by since they finished that we don't have people stopping to ask who did our landscaping. Money well spent.

Steven Tucci is one of those rare individuals who offers professional expertise, product knowledge, attention to detail and superb artisanship. We initially contacted Steven about repairing the front steps and interlock walkway to our house. He visited in person to thoroughly assess the job and provided a quote which was competitive with other contractors. We chose Steven because of his professional and courteous approach. Our job was not a big one, but Steven treated us as if it were. The job was completed as promised and we were very happy with the repair. After thirty years it was time to improve the appearance of the walkway and asphalt driveway in front of our house on June Drive,Orillia. We requested a quote from Mr.Tucci to remove our existing asphalt driveway and replace it with paving stones. As well, we requested a quote for a stone wall for a flowerbed. Mr. Tucci visited with us at our house, at that time, on June Drive and made suggestions for the driveway and flower bed. He explained how the process would take place and outlined every detail. When we decided to go with the project, we picked out the stone and the style of pattern and signed a contract. Mr. Tucci did not rush the job. He made sure there was sufficient time between putting in the tamped base gravel and the finished limestone base in order to have a good drainage situation and a solid foundation on which the bricks would be set. Mr. Tucci kept us informed of the progress of the project. He also recommended that we keep a few extra stones just in case there would be breakage or oil stains, as the same type of stones may not be available in the future. This proved to be a positive suggestion, as oil stains did appear on a couple of the stones. Mr. Tucci cheerfully replaced them for us. Mr. Tucci completed the job to our satisfaction in a very professional manner. The new driveway and flower bed enhanced our property. We had many good comments on the project. Each spring, Mr. Tucci would inspect the driveway and add more sand, if needed, and sweep it into the spaces. This kept the project looking fresh and beautiful. If we were to do another similar project, we would not hesitate to ask Mr. Tucci to complete it for us. Vivian and Brian Pounder
