Dealt with about half a dozen times in the last decade. I know a fair amount of what I am talking about but an not an expert by any means. Always feel talked down to in a slightly rude or condescending manner. I usually choose to go elsewhere.
Get ready to be labelled as incompetent as soon as you walk through the door. Disgusting know it all attitudes. Blows my mind how this place stays in business. Lack of options to buy parts in the area I suppose.
AFTER WAITING MY TURN TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT YOU HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR HELP I COULDN'T HELP BUT OVER HEAR PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME WANTING A PARTS AND NOT KNOWING WHAT MODEL OF UNIT THEY HAD AND TRYING TOO TELL YOU FOLKS THAT THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. I FEEL SORRY FOR WHAT YOU FELLOWS MUST GO THROUGH EVERYDAY AFTER LISTENING IN. ANYHOW I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AND WILL BE PLEASED TO TELL MY FRIENDS TO COME TO YOUR STORE.
Poor customer service. Rude. Did not fix the problem, in fact denied there was stated problem and that whoever was trying to start the mower just wasn't strong enough. Charged $75 for labor. Took it to a small local repair shop and he fixed it for $30.
