Sam and family have been nothing but exemplary. In my five short years in Oakville they always greeted us with smiles, offered to go for coffee, always great chats. Never had any issues with the service and level of attention to detail. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the classiest dry-cleaner in Oakville.
Fantastic family run business! Sam and his family are always smiling and make it a point to know all of their customers. I've been a customer now for 9 years and can easily recommend them to anyone.
Do not use this drycleaner. On one occasion they lost my shirt and then had the nerve to tell me that I must have picked it up and forgot about it. They did honour the price of the shirt in future cleaning services, however they insulted me whilst doing so. Another item I left with then was ruined with no apology. Again, they blamed me for their mistake. The owner Sam is rude and manipulative. Do not trust these dry cleaners with anything.
I am a collector of high quality vintage and antique clothing. I took a few items to this cleaner because they advertise themselves as a highend facility that is capable of handling this type of clothing. The first few items were pricey but very well done. Then I took a 1960s wool sweater with a mink collar and cuffs to the Speers Road location. The sweater was in excellent condition and only needed a very light cleaning. They assured me they could handle it. When I picked it up they assured me it "looked great". Once I got home, I discovered the mink collar was falling off and a button was missing. I am positive that the collar was tight and ALL the buttons were on when I gave it to them. I called back immediately to complain. Long story short? They offered to replace the buttons (how can that be done with a vintage item???) and have the collar sewn on properly. I explained that I would now have to look for suitable vintage buttons (not cheap) then pay to have them sewn on, and pay to have the collar tightened. I finally demanded my fifty dollars back and was told, "absolutely not". Then they had the nerve to tell me the button was missing when I gave it to them. I think they handed the sweater back to me hoping I would not look at it until fall as its now warm outside, then with distance between the pickup, say it was too late to do anything about it. I am disgusted that they suggested the button was missing when I handed it in. This would have been noted on my receipt when I gave it to them and it was not. So my suggestion, if you have anything precious or irreplaceable, think twice before trusting them with it.
