Overall great Gym. Great equipment not crowded great service Staff is are very respectful lots of space to park etc. Also has a nice swimming pool
I cancelled my membership within the 10 days trial after finding out my school offers free swimming pass. And 2 months later I still haven’t gotten my refund back, neither did I get any affirmative information about my refund status from my calls during these 2 months. UPDATE: The owner contacted me shortly after the I sent an email regarding the issue, and processed my refund right away. On the top of that I was thoroughly explained why the refund was delayed and received sincere apologies.
I have been to a few gyms before but I can really stick to this one They have a women's only area that has a lot of equipment and is usually not crowded They also offer free classes with their membership, Tracey and Paul host great ones tongue emoticon I also signed up with training with Tracey, she is funny and sweet and is always looking out for me! Thanks Tracey!!
I registered my mother at the gym. We paid cash for month by month. My mother didn't like the gym because she has back problems and it's got too much stairs and the pool is only accessible by schedule. I canceled the registeration and finished the paper work all before the legal 10 days period. While I was there doing the paper work, they said that I cannot take back my money now because I paid cash and Elda had to process the refund for but she wasn't available. I saw her in her office and waved to her. I had already finished the paperwork and I only wanted the money back. How long could that have taken? The front desk lady told me that I'm gonna have to wait for 5 days and they'll call me to book an appointment for my refund. I called back the next day cause the while thing didn't make sense to me. another lady answered and told me that they'll call me. I've been waiting for that phone call for 10 days now and no one contacted me. I'm going tomorrow to see if I can get a refund already.
I've been a member of the gym for the past decade and have been very satisfied with the service I've received. Under the responsibility of the prior management there WAS a bar and the place was disgusting. However, since the new owners took over the establishment it has seen dramatic improvements. The bar has been converted into a learning center and library, the pool is very clean and warm and the club is continually undergoing resurfacing and renovations. I recently noticed that the staff has been spectacular at addressing my needs and concerns and that there are many satisfied members at the facility since the changes were implemented. I went to this club initially because it was convenient and affordable and now I thoroughly enjoy my time at National Fitness because of the new ambiance and congenial attitude of the staff and other members alike. Thank you National Fitness for making my club a truly great place to be!
Awesome Gym! Owners are always present, staff are very pleasant and equipment is good! I'd recommend this gym to family and friends.
The owners are the same and never have changed. They make you think that it's under new ownership, but it's the GF running the gym now. The gym falsely markets themselves with fake photos on post cards and mis-leads the public with there photos online. The mens change room looks like a prison, the pool is green 80% of the time and there is bacteria absolutely everywhere. If you are a fan of athletes foot, then join! Basically, all the photos you see are taken inside the women's change room, women's only gym, 1 fully painted squash court & the pool picture at an angle where you don't see the green bacteria growing on the pool floor. Accounting is a joke, as they say they will debit your account every two weeks, but debit earlier and on different days. The equipment is poor and falling apart, while the bar on the main floor seems to be there biggest priority. YES, A BAR!!! Go to the gym to drink instead of working out. Do yourself a favour and go to YMCA or LA Fitness, over this dump. You'll be doing yourself a favour! Plus, you can't get a hold of management EVER! They just take your money and run!
