Superior Tire & Auto

Went to this location for winter tire switch over. My rear passenger door was scratched. I contacted the store and left a voicemail the same day. Also contacted the store the day after and spoke with an employee who told me they'd need to review security footage to see what happened, and id get a call back. Well its been 7 days and no call back. While i was waiting there to have my tires dealt with, another customer was there having tires replaced that the store put on by accident...

They damaged my car and engaged in unfair business practice as per Consumer Protection Act. Was awarded ~$6500 at court. Will have the full amount 1 year and 2 months later.

BEWARE !!!

So...we went there and was told there were 3 things wrong and the cost was over $800.00. When I questioned them ( I am quite auto mechanics savvy...have driven cars for 45 years and helped rebuild 2 engines)... about what they found wrong...suddenly...there was only one thing wrong and guess what...when I pick up the car and paid the $500.00 the problem I brought it in for persisted. Also, they insisted I needed new tires...I said show me what is wrong...They took me to the car bent down and fingered the tires and mumbled something and I said WHAT?... I bought these tires here just last year and the guy from Superior Tire then said..... " Oh, it is ok.....just live with it...just live wiith it ...the tires are fine." All I can say is BEWARE and you can be sure I will not return there....EVER.
