INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR As a gift my boyfriend got me a gift certificate. I went to use it and was ignored and treated bad. while waiting for someone to acknowledge me other customers who were not white walked in and greeted right away, while i ten minutes later still waited to have someone respond to my greeting. I asked to cash in my certificate after 15 minutes of being ignored to be told no This is not a nice place to go if you want to be treated fairly. NO STARS

Loyal customer. Been going here for cheap manis/pedis/facials/waxing since 2008. Today the lady took off one of my eyebrows by accident. And I'm getting married shortly. As compensation they offered me a five dollar eyebrow pencil. I cried. The manager informed me that when I return she will do my eyebrows. I told her worry not, as I will never be returning.
