L'Amour Nails

I hate to write bad reviews but this needs to be said. Everyone needs to read this: I go to get my bio gel nails off and on the phone the lady says $10. I go in and they tell me its actually $15, but I really needed to get these off so Im like fine. A short woman with glasses sits me down and starts to drill-file off all the bio-gel. Im a little skeptical but whatever. She then carelessly cuts off the acrylic extensions and chips off my real nails too. THEN she uses a fake nail to PRY OF

Very over priced and the stuff doesn’t last. Paid 20 for shellac that came off the next day.

This is by far the most disrespectful & rudest staff I've ever encountered!I called today to find out if they're busy,the lady said "if you come now,I take care of you."Then I said, "I can't right now, that's why I'm wondering if I can come in the next half hour or so.What time do you close?"She rudely replied,"why you ask what time we close?I told you already I can take of you if you come at 6!Why do you still need to know what time we close?!U still come?" FYI,this is NOT how you treat people!

Very disappointed going there years since they first open over 3 year's ago. I have had ups and downs with how I have been treated there but today I was humiliated by my current nail tech. I tried to make an appointment for two weeks from now and she refused to take me at my desired time. She gave me two other options and told me if I don't like it to find someone else.i was so offended because she didn't give me any valid reason other than she is busy. They don't care about the customer desires

Disappointment overload.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The place is clean but the staff do not seem to know anything about doing nails. I had a regular pedicure this last visit and I left there with my feet and legs dirtier than when I went in. No lotion for my feet it seems. The lady who was doing me didn't even care to listen how I wanted my nails filed she said they didn't need filing. My nails when all over the place and nail polish left on my toes. Worst nail job I have ever had, never going back.

Every time I go they ALWAYS mess up my appointments and I have to end up waiting 30 mins to an hour just to get my things done. And when I do go and tell them about my appointment they show a lack of care and cannot spare 5 mins to allow me explain what I need and the situation. Gave it 3 chances. Not doing this anymore. And when doing your nails it hurts to the point it bleeds.

I defiantly love this place !!! I always go back to refill my shellac nails. I only go back to the same three people. Donna, Tina and Jack. Prices are reasonable since they are a new salon. Shellac mani 30$. Just shellac on nails no mani 20$. Totally worth it because the shellac always lasts 2 weeks!! If it chips before and I go back they never have a problem fixing it. Staff- SUPER Friendly They are usually busy Thursday and Friday evenings

Asked for acrylic nails, and she gave me gel nail They are always to busy and never available to paint my nails which would take approx 3 mins
