Auto Scrappers

I called and they gave me a price of $1,300 for 3 vehicles. I asked several times if he needed any additional information on the car's condition he said no, its just for scrap so we don't care about the condition of the car. the first guy shows up and lowers the price by $250. I tell him as long as the price doesn't go below $1000 it's alright. he guarantees me it won't. the second guy comes and lowers the price $200. I call the office to ask why and they hang up mid call and block my number.
