I ordered first time from this restaurant. I would say terrible service and will never be order again. Food was not packed . Skip driver came and leave just one box outside my door and missed dipping sauce even they charged me. Worst experience
The driver was late. When I asked her to honor the 60 minutes or free guarantee, she was rude and then screamed an abusive name at me before she drove off. I spent over an hour to register complaints against her with head office and the store manager.
Today I ordered a couple pizzas for lunch. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised. I am told, this location is now under new ownership.
I placed the order for delivery using the iPhone app. On checkout, I had the option to use ApplePay, nice. The order was placed. It even offered a 40 min guarantee. The order arrived quickly, about 30min - the driver was friendly and confirmed our order was complete before leaving. Amazing!

Service is poor. If you order multiple items, the delay between the first ready and last, means half your food is cold.
Orders are extremely slow. During my 15 minutes waiting for my order, I witnessed 5 or 6 people leave without ordering, because the wait was so long.
When ordering for delivery, do so at night. The delivery guy during the day is very rude.
