The checkout counters are too short, they is no shelf at end of checkout counter, you got rid of the 1 dollar packages of shelled salted and unsalted sunflower seeds( they were always fresh), there were too many checkouts empty for the amount of people there. I used to prefer going to your store and now not so much.
Security young guy accusing ppl of stealing that paid for their groceries and then when ask to show the video, he didn't have it on video, stuff ppl buy at other stores is none of his business, guy should be fired!
There is a common feature happening at No Frills and other grocery stores in North Bay - when asking for assistance most of the floors workers don't really know what products I am talking about, if they carry them or have them at all!!!
Since I am here, furthermore , Since you took all the GOOD No Name products off the shelves & replaced them with TWICE the Expence Name Brands ( which are actually substandard compared ) WHY BOTHER WITH THE YELLOW BAGS ANYMORE ? There's nothing left good of No Name to bother ! I shop ELSEWHERE to get a product of equal value & taste ! RE : N.N Bread & Butter Pickles , N.N. Chicken Pot Pies , N.N. Mini Pizza , N.N. frozen fish ( has changed & is awfull ) N.N... WHY BOTHER TO HAVE YELLOW BAGS????
