    Great place to deal with, super service!

    I've been in the store a few time to buy screws and such. Awesome selection & friendly service every time. Recently been looking at snowblowers. The selection of Husqvarna they had on display were well put together. The staff was knowledgable - they are an authorized repair centre for them so they know the product. Bought one during their sale and had it delivered ready to go. Not only was delivered on time, I got a walk through the use and features - you don't get that from the big box stores!

    Great products, amazing return policy

    I've bought a few items from OFS over the years and the quality has always been good. They have an excellent return policy: they'll always accept a return of unopened items in good condition with original receipt. I found some items in the closet with the receipt *seven years* after I'd bought them and OFS accepted the return and refunded my money.

    Horrid customer service, the people who work here are AWFUL do not go here unless you have patience for RUDE people i will never shop here ever again it is hands down the worst business this side of Ottawa
