Awful customer Service - was told 3 days now it will 2 weeks. Sadly they keep lying. So disappointed. Expect things to be super late. and the Manager at the store simply doesn't want to deal with anything on the web site. Don't use the web site as it will take twice as long to get everything. Sales staff are not clear that the web site is useless. And you get transfered around if you call and no one helps
If I could select no stars I would. This company is VERY misleading and like the other gentleman in the comments said. The service ends when they get your money. Horrible follow up. Says one price then charges you more for parts. One word of advice for the management team there the rule of Sales is to never assume find out the right info before saying one thing to the customer.
Save your money, time and frustration. Customer service ends when they have your money. Owner refuses to handle issues, instead sends in 20 somethings with no authority to blow hot air.
