My sister hired Elmo for my nephew's 2nd birthday this weekend. What a terribly disappointing experience. Elmo's costume was extremely frazzled and worn. It was raining out and Elmo left huge puddles all over my home. More importantly, Elmo had no ability to engage the children. I had to repeatedly tell Elmo to interact with the children and adults. Elmo did not talk, danced half heartedly and was extremely awkward for the 30 mins. Tried to reach out to company and they have ignored.
