I had a very bad experiences with them.
I was really upset that instead of rectifying their mistake they were blaming that someone purposely cut it that is the reason why it broke and i was asked to pay for the repair.
They are that cheap and uncourteous not to even absorb $169 damage of THEIR OWN MISTAKE. It was Shame I did not even argue but just paid the money.
