Saboohi's Salon & Spa

Charged me $65 for haircut and said she will style my curls. All she did was put cream in it and put my head under the overhead dryer which doesnt work for styling hair. She made my hair frizzy, and when i told her can you blow dry (cuz i saw she spent 5 min on doing nothing), she said it will then be $80. She also thinned my hair so much it now has no volume at all! I came home with hair falling out of me and didnt even clean it. Worst experience and cut ever and most expensive for nothing!

I have been going to Saboohis for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me! I always get compliments on my hair and they are honest about what colours will work best and are realistic for my hair. A great price for the final result every time. Their waxing and threading services are also very affordable.

Very, very bad customer service. The hair dye is low quality, it fades fast and leaves hair rough. Today I came to Saboohi Salon with no time to waste. I saw 2 customers when I came, so I sat down since I thought I had time to wait for 2 customers. Then came another person and when both customers were done, the third one came before me. I told them that I was next with no time, but then they said “I don’t know” and let her before me. This was unacceptable in any way. Never coming here again.

Worst experience of my entire life. Came in for a facial/massage and usually this entails a quiet, peaceful and soothing experience. Nope, not for me. I was SHARING a room with another lady doing a facial and the client herself. There were several interruptions and people talking loudly in between. I was left alone for 10 minutes just waiting for my lady to come back. When it was all over she left and did not give instructions on what to do or where to go. I was standing there naked in a room.

Amazing experience! Such sweet people, so flexible and comforting!! I absolutely loved the salon and will definitely be going again :) Would recommend to all

Highly unprofessional and extremely rude owners. The first and foremost rule of business is exceptional customer service, which Suboohi's salon is beneath substandard on. Despite reading many reviews of people having issues here, I believed the "let's-make-your-experience-right" attitude that is a LIE. The most unpleasant salon visit of my life. There are many more talented stylists out there who are humble. This mother daughter duo told me people wait 2 hours just to get eyebrows done!

The worst haircut and customer service ever. The lady called me over and started cut my hair right away without shampooing my hair. I asked her if the price for haircut included shampoo. She responded coldy ; "yes, your hair is clean, you do not need shampoo, but it's up to you." I wanted my hair straight and shouldered length. She cut the the front is shouldered length, and layers down, the back was way longer than shoulder. I came back to fix it. The girl there cut it right straight, the same
