My child is constantly hungry and thirsty at pick ups. Teachers rating of most food eaten means two bites if you ask. Children arent properly dressed for cold weather even if all proper clothing provided. Childvare does not follow Covid-19 or any viruses health measures, my child is sick with viral colds every 1 to 3 weeks. Owner doesnt accept parents feedback and always takes on defense.
We appreciate your concerns. As many children who are new to daycare most will take some time while getting used to certain times of the day. Please don't worry as this is common and we are happy to work with you on this. We monitor drinking and eating and encourage all our kids and would inform parents if we felt this was and issue, We check the temp. and monitor accordingly. I'm not able to respond fully due to space given. I am however happy you choose to keep your child at our centre.
