I ordered shoes online on special but system refused my VISA card. Call Visa company and everything was OK on their side. Called back GEOX and IT was supposed to fix the problem and call me back. Nobody called me after 3 weeks so I called back. The customer service from Quebec told me that my size was unavailable. She could not do anything to help me with different color or model. First and last experience with GEOX. Really disappointed.
