    Worst company I have ever dealt with! EVERY single claim for any of my family members was a hassle- they denied direct billing for everything and I had to submit everything manually online and pay upfront which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if they actually reimbursed in a timely manner. In the beginning I just waited until as long as 6 weeks and then had to contact them to get paid, eventually I leaned to start contacting them right away because that’s what it took( usually at least 4-5 emails

    We have been waiting 6 months for payment. No answer when I call, I have left several messages. They give me the same answer "they will check and call me back" but no one has ever called me back! horrible

    Ive been waiting 5 months to be reimbursed!! I contact them and get and get a generic runaround type answer. This is probably the worst company, there’s no point in even having benefits if you get stuck with them.

    THE slowest benefits company I have ever used in my entire life. Takes 3-4 weeks to process chiro claims every single time. Most places are a 3-4 day turn around, these people take their sweet time.

    DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....................RUN! It is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever been with. They have denied almost all of my claims and wait until I screaming mad...and then approve them. The benefit book is pathetic with very little info and the unskilled workforce that answer the phone are worse! They tell you, you are covered and then deny you. I HATE this company! If your company want to switch to save $$...QUIT! They are more frustrating then they are worth

    Takes months to get your money from these people. If they even give you the proper amount at all. If you call them no one seems to know what's going on and they just give you the runaround. One time, they were to connect me to someone who could help and then we were disconnected instead of transferred. Horrible service. I cannot wait until my company switches insurance agencies.

    They hold on to cheques for months claiming theyve already sent it out however it is sitting in a filing cabinet. Takes up to 3-6 months to receive money for your claim back.
