Worst company I have ever dealt with! EVERY single claim for any of my family members was a hassle- they denied direct billing for everything and I had to submit everything manually online and pay upfront which wouldn’t have been a huge deal if they actually reimbursed in a timely manner. In the beginning I just waited until as long as 6 weeks and then had to contact them to get paid, eventually I leaned to start contacting them right away because that’s what it took( usually at least 4-5 emails
