I went for under arm waxing on a busy day. The owner did not check the wax temperature & she rushed the entire procedure to a point where she ripped off parts of my under arm skin. She did not even have the time to wipe the area with disinfecting wipes and went straight to pouring powder. I'm a paying customer just like everyone else there & I deserve the same quality of service. My under arm kept bleeding so I called to report what happened & the owner unapologetically accused me of exaggeratin
