This woman is the worst service provider ever. She writes due dates on the receipt but is never ready by that date. You call to get your product back and a refund, but they hang up the phone and refuse to return back your product. You ask what the new date is, but she refuses to answer. She is rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

The dry cleaners are the best service. Items come clean and the staff is hardworking. They are open every day of the week which makes it very convenient. I have my alterations,dry cleaning, and wash my comforters here. I would highly recommend it.

I have given one linen pant and one shirt for normal laundry cleaning on Wednesday the March22/17 n I prepaid. When I went to pick up the dresses today I found they charged my shirt as blouse which is $5.25 instead of which I always paid $2.25 for shirt. But when I asked about this the lady serving me named Jessica said its equivalent to blouse which I do not understand why? She was too rude n she charged me ag When I tried to say about my previous bill was $2.25 instead of listening she rudly

To be honest,their service is pretty good. This month, I had to get a new zipper for my dress as the original zipper on my dress broke, and she was kind enough to fix it on the same day (within 2 hours) that I dropped it off. There facilities are super clean (I go to there laundry every tuesday to wash my clothes and get my errands done at there Plaza location.) There drycleaning services are definetly worth the price because my dresses always come crisp clean, and packaged for my work.

Apparently the wash and fold service is an evening thing, so my laundry sat all day, and I picked it up after work and washed it myself.
