I ordered something for curb side pickup at Milton store yesterday at noon and still waiting for pick up after 2 working days! Now is half an hour waiting on the line for someone answer the phone .

The store service is fine but DO NOT do special orders. I ordered a kitchen and not only was it delayed by nearly 6 weeks, nobody told me about the delays. The "customer service" team needs a new name. They should be called the "treat you like garbage" team. I gave them another chance and ordered blinds only to have the install person not show up and once again, nobody call to tell me they weren't coming. I will never shop there again - ever!
