Nice One Nails

the entire staff does a great job, wanted to leave a review today because of the service they provided for me

Kim is very greedy for tip. Who ever give her more tip she nice to them otherwise she don’t pay attention yo others . Not give good service

-pedicure sink was full of dirty water -drained and refilled it without cleaning it -cut my toe so badly it was bleeding -asked for a discount based on the cut, they said no -very rough, unpleasant experience overall -No focus on customer retention, barely spoke to me the entire time.

The worst experience to ever go through and pay for it. They soak your feet in unclean bowl . No sanitation of tools . I asked her if they were sanitized and she basically looked me in the eye while she plucked out someone elses dead skin off the clipper. They rushed us out 15 minutes before our nails could dry so they could close the shop and everything was smudged by the time we got to the car. Terrible
