Not too impressed; went for eyebrow wax and tint, came home to realize that one was way fatter than the other. Went back, they did fix it somewhat but left wax clumps in my hair! They are Chinese, and they YELL at you.... I dont think they want to be rude, likely cultural norm.
Great service for great prices, Andy always does my nails when I go to the Midlands location and I’ve never been disappointed with his work...he always shows you your nails between doing them to make sure you’re happy with them, I highly recommend this salon to anyone who might be looking to get mani pedis and they offer many other services as well, very relaxing environment, although sometimes they can be very busy during graduations and weddings etc...otherwise they’re amazing!!!
Dont go to this place. The attendant butchered my toes. 3 months later my big toenails are black with blood damage. stay away
I’ve gone to nice one twice and both times weren’t the best. The first time I went the whole time I was in pain. She kept digging the grinder way to far into my cuticle. Then she put to much glue on my thumb and kept trying to Pull the skin away which resulted in a cut. Then the last time I was there for more then two hours because i was a guinepig for a guy that was learning and he was very rude. He slipped while using the grinder on me and blamed more for moving.I will not go again. Not good

Even though an appointment is made, the staff are rarely on time making customers wait too long. It should not be this hard to schedule!
Terrible nail job. Cut two cuticles. Had to wait 20 minutes while staff stared at their iphones. Asked for acrylic fill but the did bio gel and charged $15 more. Expensive and rude. Did not feel welcome. Horrid atmosphere.

I just had a horrible experience with Andy. He was rude and refused to fix my shellac nails that were chipping after one week of their services. He said he would only fix 2, and those 2 now look worse (bubbly with shellac and gel all over my cuticles). I left upset after an argument with Andy because his refusal to fix my nails was both confusing and unprofessional. If you want a great experience where customer satisfaction is prioritized,stay away. If you want great looking nails,stay far away.
I went to this store and asked for a set of solar nails. I ask the lady doing them twice at least to reshape them as they were a weird shape. Anywhere else that I have gotten solar nails they did not have to be polished just buffed. This place puts a two very thick layers of some gel on then bakes them. The under nail itself is full of bubbles and the coating that was baked is full of raised bubbles.The nails are flat with no curve to them whatsoever. All in all it was a total waste of money and my time.I would recommend you stay far away from this place if you want your nails to look good
I came in with a broken solar nail today, asked for solar repair. The technician did not attenpt to communicate with me, I asked for solar 3 times, he burned my cuticile with the rotating file, it is now inflamed and very painful. He filed my nail, applied air brush french tip and one layer of UV, even though I kept asking for solar gel. The nail is now very soft, not hard and the tip has peeled off. I paid $6. for the repair and gave him a $2, tip and left unsatisfied. Very bad experience. Will never go back
