Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.

I did get a mortgage with her but this has been the most painful process in my life. She didn’t get anyone to appraise the property until the last week. She also then told me she was unable to provide me a mortgage that same way, going back on what’s said. A lot of things as well not done. Including linking bank account. Do not recommend.
