Rapid Home Service

Horrible horrible horrible service! They charge a lot of money but the quality of their service is not even 1 star! I had to clean my house myself after the cleaners left. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I tried emailing and calling the owner but they havent been returning my emails or calls. Clearly this place doesnt care about customer satsatisfaction

Rapid Home Service is a fantastic cleaning company and one that I would highly recommend to others. Upon my request of a move-in cleaning, their team of cleaners arrived on time, and were extremely detailed in their cleaning of my new home (did a fantastic thorough cleaning of all my appliances, baseboards, countertops, etc.). A client for 5 years. Service has steadily gone downhill, and many areas not cleaned as agreed. Since their prices are higher than average, I expected better service. They cracked a mirror in my powder room and they scratched two more mirrors. They are now refusing to replace the damaged mirrors. I would not recommend this company.
