I just feel the "marketing strategy" the marketing team employs is not very ethical. Making my landlord fill out that form forces me to give him a moving date. Then raising the price twice (1,400-1,450) and again before finalization comes off as shakedown tactics. I am certain renovation costs were forecast before the ad was posted.
It is very hard to get a hold of any property managers when there is an issue. Alpesh M (manager of 350 Lynnwood drive) attempted to charge us $330 to paint two rooms (one is a light blue, the other is a dark green) when we were moving out, without a warning and then refused to pick up any calls to fix the problem. It would cost 30$ to paint the rooms back to white myself. Instead of answering a call, Alpesh cowardly sends another letter to pay.
