STAY AWAY!! Friendly before signature, super rude attitude afterwards. Always pointing finger between the office (sales) and the installation team. No attention to details, poor craftsmanship, no customer orientation.

Worked with Elena and Marki in our second home renovation, and was another job well done. We have worked with Goldwood in the past for our main floor staircase renovation and recently we decided to renovate our basement. They are so experienced with what they do, and are so efficient at the work. Great results, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and convenient renovation.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and horrible customer service experience with female owner of Goldwood. To not show up to a scheduled appointment, not notify us of the cancellation, not give customer service when you visit their showroom, and then get upset and yell at you that they don't like our business right at the beginning...I can't imagine how bad it could be dealing with them at later stages. Just because you misunderstand your potential customer doesn't mean you treat them this way.
