Was an LVS customer, which was bought out by Avante. What a nightmare. Grossly overpriced, yet service is BRUTAL. You call. And you wait on the line. You leave messages because you have a malfunctioning alarm. But they don't call back. You speak to someone live, and they say they will have someone call the next day. But they never call. So you ask for a manager to call. And the manager doesn't call. Adios Avante!!!!

the worst company to work with, bad customer service, they will actually yell at you. over priced and will hook you with a contract and oh my god if you try to get out...

Avoid! Worst cust...

Avoid! Worst customer service. Delayed security alert by monitoring. Other companies in same industries offer free installation including hardware if you sign 3 year contract. You own your hardware after that. But LVS charge for (over priced) installation and the worst part is that they want to remove the sensors and contacts including all the wiring after three years contract. It is like a revenge if you cancel the contract after three years. They even do not care they made Watch out! Avoid!

Terrible customer service, overpriced systems. Representative actually said my home was not worth protecting. What a great company.
