Awesome!
My wife and I had a Gift Certificate for this Pub. We have never been before. It was GREAT! Service and food were high quality and fast! Atmosphere was very nice. We would definitely go back, and would rate this Pub at least an 8/10.

I"ve been to this pub twice now. Once when they first opened back in April and another yesterday. What a difference!! We had quick friendly service, the food was delicious and had lots of flavour, and there was great music being played!! Im not sure what exactly happened but it was night and day. They have obviously found there spot in the village and are here to stay! Even signed up for their golf tournament because there raising money for the Old South Community Organization! Definately will be coming more often and I would recommend this place to anyone!
We had never been here before, but I'm so glad we ventured out of the downtown scene tonight. Our waitress was very friendly, yet not overbearing at all. We started with the Portobello mushroom appetizer...very tasty, with a nice kick. My girlfriend had the marsala chicken, and I had the salmon. Both were solid mains, cooked perfectly. The only disappointing part of the evening was that the restaurant was very busy; this is a great place, and it should be a restaurant that Londoners support. Coppefields' other two locations closed recently; hopefully the support in Wortley Village will remain strong and this restaurant will stay for many years.
We go time and time again. The food is great and the service is excellent. A great choice for a good meal with a relaxed atmosphere. Way to go Copperfield's Wortley!!!
My boyfriend and I went to Copperfield's as part of a contest that I won. We were looking forward to trying something new and different from our usual outings, so we were looking forward to going to Copperfield's. We ate off their Theatre menu-a selection of three dishes for a fair price, and I was not sure what to expect as I've gone to similar places in London and not been pleased with the cuisine or the service. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised with Copperfield's, though. The atmosphere was inviting even though the waiter wasn't always so, and the food was amazing! Plus, the portions weren't too small nor were they too big, so I felt like I was actually getting my money's worth for a fancy restaurant. And dessert was absolutely fabulous! The raspberry mango cake was to die for. I would definitely go again and recommend this to anyone I know, but be aware that the staff can be a bit gruff if they're not busy (and in turn, not making a ton of money).
That was the best rissoto we ever try . Perfectly cooked , and was the perfect combination with the blackened shrimps
The appetizers were very unique and were presented and tasted great!! My wife loved her asiago chicken and my salmon was the best I ever had and fantastic value!! I hear they have another location on Richmond St across the Grand Theatre which is just as spectacular and are definately will be dining there!!
Server was too accommodating to the point of intrusion in a private conversation. The water glasses were attended to, but rather too often. Sandwich was made to order on foccacia and quite tasty. Presentation was very weak -- sandwich on a plate with a pickle.
The appetizer lamb is 4 pieces of rack of lamb surrounded by garnish of purple and green lettuce. Absolutely fantastic, I would go back just for that. And forget appetizer, that's lunch - good sized portions, add a soup or salad and makes for a cheap lunch even though is is $12.99. The caesar salad was bland, little or no garlic flavour even though I asked for extra garlic... was basically plain romaine with some cream sauce. A nice touch, they added a sliced chicken breast to the salad for an extra $2.99 even though that is not offered (chicken caesar salad) on the menu. Service was excellent. The best seats are at the front at the window overlooking the magnolia tree, or in the winter perhaps near the fire where they cook the pizzas (next on my list of must try).
I really, really want to love this restaurant... I find the atmosphere to be cozy and nice and the service great. I think the quality isn't there for the price at dinner. At lunch I find it a good value for the money. With a little more fancy seasoning and some more unique items it could bereally good....a little bland for me.
This restaurant is in need of tighter management and a refreshing of the menu......... or it will go downhill!
Great lunch menu with items at $8.99. Great selection, everything looked and tasted great. Can't wait to go back and try other items!
Great Food, one of the best restaurants we had experienced. Waiter was very courtious and helped with our selections.
I have been here many times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. The menu has an average selection, as well, describes the history of the building. I highly suggest the Wood Oven Pizza. I had the Athens Pesto, it was perfect. Its the best pizza i have ever had, actually. Try the patio for a great time in Old South.
I wanted to go this restaurant for a while but never tried. I was curious as I did not see very good review here. Food was average. I had haddock. It was not bad but I probably will not order again. Appetizer was good but I can make this at home. My husband's Pork tenderloin was good. Atomosphere was really nice. Over all though, I think food are all over priced for that quality of food.
I found the food to be rather bland - this is definately a place for the basic meat and potatoe lover. Our server was lovely, but not as attentive as she could have been. The restaurant itself is quaint and would be a lovely place to grab a drink or cofee on a romantic date.
It is not very good when the atmoshpere is the best thing about a new restaurant you are willing to try, althought Copperfields has been aroung for a long time the menu was dull and way over priced, the garlic mash potatoes were the worst I have ever had and the portions were extremely small, I know fine dinning but these were really small. I will try it again because the atmosphere is great but I am very skeptical.
