The London Steam Carpet Cleaning

Did duct cleaning job that was horrible! Didn't cover 2 registers in family room, so all the dust blew through the other open floor register. Forgot to screw cold air return in living room but best of all THEY didn't plug up 6 holes that they made in the duct work in basement. Waited for my furnace/AC co. to see their work. They couldn't believe it. Ask for refund cuz I gave $20 tip for sandwiches for the men. I'm disabled + couldn't see their work until my room mate checked the next day.

We just had Camilo (owner) and his son steam clean our carpets. They arrived on time and did a excellent job. They moved our furniture and were extremely careful. We used London Steam on 3 separate occasions and were extremely happy with each time. They did our carpet cleaning, the duct cleaning(which wasn't cleaned prior in over 10 years so was really bad) and we also used them when we had a flood in our basement. They cleaned up the water then left their fans and other machines there to get all the moisture out, etc. Every time we have used them they were always on time and always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend
