I had been a long-standing customer of Pioneer Pools and as I had always been satisfied with them for general purchases in the past we decided to use them to replace our pool liner. That was a terrible mistake. Their employee busted one of the caps that run along the top of the pool edge. I was home at the time but they notify me in a note and leave. I call, what can be done to fix this problem? Their response and attitude? Too bad. You can pay me $100/hr to find you a replacement. Not our prob.
Approx 2 Year old pool and both Jandy heater and Zodiac sensor has failed. Over $3000 in repairs. Was informed will not warranty because warranty transfer was not complete within 30 days of home purchase. In the pioneer pool manual no mention of this. Found the owner to rude and unconcerned of the low quality equipment they installed. I do not recommend this company not purchase the Jandy or Zodiac equipment.
I purchased a hot tub and have had nothing but great service since. Great people to work with. They helped me with the design, co-ordinated delivery and showed me how it works in my yard! cant wait to plan a pool with Pioneer!
