I brought my daughters phone there to get fixed, they couldn’t completely fix it but they got it working so she could at least make and receive calls. When I went to pay them they wouldn’t take any money because they didn’t fix it the way I wanted it to be fixed. I will definitely go there again if I need any fixes for my family’s phones!!

My phone was a mess, Alex fixed it up, service hands down went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend them, At the White Oaks mall location!! I work across the hall now I know why there always busy.

I had a screen replaced here on my iPhone. They use very cheap aftermarket parts that strip the phone of a lot of its features that they don’t notify you about. Such as, skin touch(now works with gloves/in pockets), the anti glare is gone making the screen impossible to see when the sun is out at all. I tried to remedy a solution but was told they would give me another low end screen. Tried offering to give them my phone to refund the screen cost and was told no. Had to buy a new phone. Beware
