My initial project in 2015 was a total success. Recently I required an enhancement to woodwork and a washroom/plumbing repair - not an issue with follow-up and the work was completed in a timely manner. In-Trend is building a great team - customer service was excellent in replying to my initial inquiry for a small project, and the Project Coordinators assured me it would be done and it was.
Worst project manager we ever met. After the deal was signed his approach changed...he became increasingly unprofessional, abrupt, didn't show when he said he would and worst of all...unqualified to do/oversee the work he was expected to oversee. Other trades refuse to work with him again. Don't hire them!
