On 02/21/15 I had ordered a split Queen boxspring. I was told it would be in the following Saturday(02/28/15) and we would get a call when they got it. No call. So I called today (03/01/15) and spoke to one of the guys working there and they informed me that him and his boss had both seen it and forgot to call but I could come pick it up anytime before 5. As I called my dad had actually gone into the store to check to see if it was there. One of the guys told him it was. So I had my husband drive his truck to go and pick it up and when he got to the store he was told that the box spring wasn't there. That they had accidentally given it away to someone else. When I called back to confirm he told me that he was sure it was there but he guesses he didn't check well enough and they'll have it in by next Saturday and he'll call.. My dad had gone in to get a refund (he purchased it for me) because I found another company that had split queens ready to be picked up. The guy working told my dad that he would not give him a refund due to the fact that it would cause accounting issues and that if he wanted a refund to come back and get it Wednesday or to wait until Friday for a box spring. Your lack of care for customer property is completely unacceptable. I should not have to sleep on a mattress on the ground to accommodate your accounting issues.
