This business own...
This business owner came to my rental home, took a mold sample, and collected his money. I literally chased him around town; looking for the mold inspection report. He eventually gave it to me. However, it was someone else's and he had the address changed. He threatened to not refund my money if I told anyone..... and I have never been given my money back.

This incident was over 3 years ago and the client was reimbursed. She wanted documents for court at the last minute, without notifying us and therefore, she was an unsatisfied customer as we could not provide her with the documentation on a days notice.
