From a family of butchers for many generations, Jean-Guy Bonneau purchased, in 1971, L'Orignal Packing Ltd. Assisted by his two brothers Yvan and Claude, including his loyal controller Roger Barbarie, this small slaughter house became with time a food distributor for the eastern Ontario region from the Quebec border to Cornwall and Ottawa. Their specialty has always been the meat. In 2006, the business passed on to the second generation of the family. André, Christine (O'Neill) and Benoît have their hearts ready for the new challenges that the business may bring in the future.

We now count 18 employees with an average of 15 years of loyal service with the company. They will make an effort on giving you a personalized service. The store is open to the public, offers a multiple variety of products including our irresistible homemade ham.
