It was nice to see good old fashion customer service still exists. I had a room get wet from a small flood was tried calling other services but couldn't get anyone right way. I called William and within 30 mins he was at my door and ready to work. He went above and beyond, coming back to periodically check on the dryers and then cleaned all my carpets. Everything was cleaned up before the weekend ended.

explained to you on the phone, I was being bugged by telemarketers, when I asked you if you were a telemarketer you said nothing ,i was working and wet thinking you were a telemarketer i snaped and i apoligized to you sir. I am good to everyone,friendly with everyone.you could have been understanding but you want to write something
nagatived. That's fine I hope your over it now, anyone that's being drove nuts by telemarketers would understand I guess this dosent happen to you.

William is the best!!
The carpets look fantastic!! I have been wanting hardwood floors but can't afford them. William has given me new hope and confidence with my carpets. He was able to get rid of the most annoying stains. It is so uplifting to see the fresh clean look of my carpets that I actually have given up on. i used super clean carpet care for the first time to clean my carpets,my carpets never looked better.they were cleaned by the owner that cares about my carpets not some kid.i was suprized he never tried to sell me anything he was on time and a real nice guy .i would and will reccomend him to all my friends.thank you super clean
