Excellent Service! Truly stand on clients feet to make the decision! I checked the break there and my car was carefully checked and they said no safety problem, so no charge at all! When I picked up the car, I drove another one to the shop. I offered the option that if they help me to send the car home I will pay the cab fee for the back trip. They said no I can just sent one car back, then they picked me up at my place and then I drive another one home to save money. Truly considerate!

I started taking my car to D&D Auto when I first moved to Kingston 7 years ago on the recommendation of a neighbour. I have nothing but high praise to describe my relationship with D&D Auto. Everyone there has always been friendly, very accommodating, extremely fair and always a pleasure to deal with. They treat my car with the same care as they would their own. When I had problems with my snowblower, Nathan did an awesome job at repairing it too. I recommend D&D Auto very highly and without reservation.

The best service that I've ever had...

This is the first time in a long time that I felt that I was in good hands. The service and professionalism? Outstanding ! I will definitely come back again. As a matter of fact, I’m switching my business to D&D. The evening that my transmission died, I didn’t know what to expect. I had never heard nor been to this shop. The CAA tow truck dropped me and my vehicle off at this unfamiliar shop that was 100KM from my home. Not only was a rental car arranged for me to get me home, but a fresh cup of coffee was presented to me while I waited. As you can imagine, this kind of service was unexpected, but very much welcomed late in the day. My vehicle was only repaired when I was fully informed as to the issues and provided with an accurate quote. The result ? While I am commuting to Kingston over the next three years, I will be switching my business to this shop. Thank you again for the above and beyond service
